Shaolin Wudang Taiji Nanquan

Few people know that the technique they performed is from the legendary Shaolin Kungfu,originated in shaolin Temple of Dengfeng county ,Henan province of China. 
    1500 Years history witnessed Shaolin Temple ups and downs ,glory and humaliation .As the most important birthplace of Chinese Kungfu,Shaolin Temple and Shaolin Kungfu are recognized and revealed by the Kungfu masters of different countries and regions as the cradle of fighters ,grandmasters and champions. Wisdom of mind, the body and   meditation are taken as a whole when practising Shaolin Kungfu. The monk masters analyze as Chan Quan Yi Ti.

    TaiJi Quan was created by Chen Wang Ting ,the 9th generation of Chen family in Chenjiagou Village, Wenxian County ,Henan Province . Taijiquan is based on the philosophy of native Chinese religion ,Taoism and theory of changes of Yin and Yang ,five elements and eight diagrams. Chen style Taiji is the mother style of Yang style , Sung style and Wu style, which are all very popular in the world. 
    Nanquan is on the basis of Shaolin Kungfu and absorbs the traditional martial arts spreading in Southern area of China. Nanquan consists of Hong Family boxing, Liu Family Boxing, Cai Family boxing and Yongchunquan etc. The main features are firm steps, powerful fists, violent force, less jumps but more short jabs and swift hands etc.
    More than 2000 years feudal society of Chinese history characterized the spreading and popularity of Chinese Kungfu as conservative ,locked up .They are passed only inside the temple between monks or pass the sons of the family in the past.
